This is my first weekend prior to a build week that I've made it through without being bumped. Cautiously optimistic that this one will stick. Dealer has my build day as 12/3, so hoping the window sticker pops us near the end of this week!

@fronc any thoughts on using the shelf as a trunk security measure for a soft top? Trying to see in your photos but looks to be about 3-4" from the end of the shelf to the tailgate. I'm wondering how it could be extended to close out the trunk...

I just texted my sales rep (Friday at 5pm) he wrote back within minutes that my build date is 12/3. Phil Formby at Interstate Ford in Dacona, CO. Amazing customer service!

Ugh, that makes me less hopeful for my 11/29 build week arriving before Christmas...

I I had a build date once before and then was moved twice, so don't feel too confident. For me, once that window sticker comes then I'm feeling 90% confident.

They did not but when I placed the order in August of this year they said expect 12-18 months. So I was content to wait. But then out of nowhere I got the email from Ford with a build week. Both my rep and I were shocked!

I love stuff like this that provides a clear simple answer to a question that people have had for so long.

Past history suggests 7-8 days before your build day. To be noted, not 7-8 days before your build week.

Seems like there is a good portion of us that were 11/08, 11/15 then to here. We must all be in a similar manufacturing group or something.

Yes I absolutely am interested if nothing more local pops up before then. Paying shipping only is certainly gonna be cheaper than buying new and then paying for shipping! My build date got pushed to 12/6 week, but when the Bronco arrives I'll check back with you.
