  1. Motor Trend says Bronco has "poor build quality". Fact or Bias?

Maybe they've been lurking in the forum reading about the various issues folks have reported such as engine failure, sensor failure, roof problems, leaking hoses to name a few. Ford has done nothing to dispel their Fix Or Repair Daily reputation in this case.
  2. FINAL UPDATE: Complete Engine Failure - SAS Big Bend - 3wk Old / 1000mi / 2.7L EcoBoost

Confidence inspiring for sure. Why didn't they identify that issue in the many tests I would assume they already did on this engine before releasing it to the general public. Keep up the good work Ford.

  5. Bronco delivery in Northern VA and Washington, D.C.

You hit home a few good points. Spending that kind of money you should expect a smooth interaction with the dealer, from purchase to service. 15.8 mpg? Wow.
  6. How long will we have to wait?!

Depending on your dealer's allocations, could be a year or more.

@mcalpal Excellent - I live on the Eastern Shore as well, in the Ridgely area. I work in Easton so Tilghman wouldn't be too far if it works out.

Long shot, but does anyone in the area have a Black Diamond that was delivered? I have not been able to see one in person. If so possibly we could arrange a time to meet up? Having a hard time deciding between that and the OBX model, which I have had opportunity to test drive.
  9. #ReservationsoverAllocations

I think Ford realized that there are lots of people out there willing to pay way over MSRP to get there hands on a Bronco and decided "Hey, why should we sell these things at a discount to reservation holders when we could be making big bucks on all these people willing to hand over top dollar?"...
  10. When the unthinkable happens - Bronco damaged at MAP

I'd guess that not wearing seatbelts would result in that regardless of airbags.
  11. When the unthinkable happens - Bronco damaged at MAP

I thought they all came with that? Maybe going too fast for it to work fully.
  12. Chapman Of Horsham with @dealerinsider

Good question. I'm like #300 on the list. How large of an allocation did they get for the coming year?
  13. đź“’ Latest 2022 Bronco Order Guide Released (Updated Monthly) + Price List

Looks like black interior across the board then? My wife (interestingly) actually liked the outer banks brown dash.

Hertrich in Easton got on a 4 door Big Bend last week as their demo unit, a four door.
  16. Bronco Safety Rating?

I hope you're joking here :D. I mean we all know the Wrangler isn't the safest of vehicles and are hoping the Bronco does better.
  17. Coolant leak, factory clamp was not put on

That’s some bullshit to have to deal with on a new vehicle. Come the hell on FORD. What sort of quality control do you have at your plant.
  18. Soft Top Fitment Issue?

I like the gray striping. Were you able to do that yourself?
  19. Comfort of cloth seats vs leather in Outer Banks trim

I had the chance to ride in an Outer Banks model with roast leather interior as well as the cloth. Personally I found the cloth slightly more comfortable but my wife seemed to prefer the leather - and the fact that it comes with- A) power seats B) lumbar for front passenger C) rear cup...
