Maybe they've been lurking in the forum reading about the various issues folks have reported such as engine failure, sensor failure, roof problems, leaking hoses to name a few. Ford has done nothing to dispel their Fix Or Repair Daily reputation in this case.
Confidence inspiring for sure. Why didn't they identify that issue in the many tests I would assume they already did on this engine before releasing it to the general public. Keep up the good work Ford.
You hit home a few good points. Spending that kind of money you should expect a smooth interaction with the dealer, from purchase to service. 15.8 mpg? Wow.
Long shot, but does anyone in the area have a Black Diamond that was delivered? I have not been able to see one in person. If so possibly we could arrange a time to meet up? Having a hard time deciding between that and the OBX model, which I have had opportunity to test drive.
I think Ford realized that there are lots of people out there willing to pay way over MSRP to get there hands on a Bronco and decided "Hey, why should we sell these things at a discount to reservation holders when we could be making big bucks on all these people willing to hand over top dollar?"...
I had the chance to ride in an Outer Banks model with roast leather interior as well as the cloth.
Personally I found the cloth slightly more comfortable but my wife seemed to prefer the leather - and the fact that it comes with-
A) power seats
B) lumbar for front passenger
C) rear cup...
