Maybe but you'd need to confirm all the intermediate pieces of trim exist, and I doubt Ford would supply unused pieces.

No rear vents at all in the 2-door afaik. Ford has a cap over the two vents to the rear in the 2-door model. Part #18K358

Hey great job, OP. I'm still fairly surprised there are ZERO entries into the re-hinge aftermarket, considering how many things have been built to add weight back there. I guess it'll just take some more time, but this is still the best option by a long shot!

The blend doors actually don't increase the flow to the rears, there is about 80% of the path to the rear floor vents blocked by plastic inside the channel by design. If you're absolutely insane like me you can get in there with a grinder and clean it out. ;)
