I'd like to start a thread for Sasquatch/Bigfoot apparel to make it easier to find these types of items.
I've started collecting Sasquatch/Bigfoot apparel and the like.
I picked up a couple of shirts out West during my vacation to Montana along with a stuffed animal (10 year old daughter was...
Looks great and one of the upgrades I'm thinking of doing. I'm not sure how comfortable the marine grade vinyl will be (Black Diamond). I'm more if the ilk to do things myself as well. Perhaps a steamer would help with the installation. I'll have to do more research as well.
Thanks for sharing...
Finally a video that is testing the BRaptor how it was supposed to be tested and not a stupid 0-60 or 1/4 mile run. Love the video! I've wanted a BRaptor ever since I watched video on all the comprehensive changes made to it vs. the standard Bronco. You cannot replicate this for the price of a...
Your rig looks great! I'm going to be doing gold wheels on my Bronco (whenever I get it that is).
BTW: My brother-in-law is from Rapid City. LOVE SD!!! One of the best vacations we've ever been on (2019). We rented a house in Sturgis.
The front end of every car/truck, is meant to crumble. It's to take away the severity of the impact to protect the occupants. The BMW is completely normal and it would've happened with any vehicle. The rear is much more stout and won't crumble the same way.
Glad you're okay. Time to upgrade the...
I use Autotempest.com to check pricing quickly for cars. Looks like the mark-up is still pretty strong. I play with the trim level to weed out the Bronco Sports from the search...
$850 for Japanese forged wheels is a really good price actually. Most forged wheels start at over $1k each.
The forged will also weigh less than 20lbs. vs. 35+lbs. for cast or stock. It's a significant weight savings that could help with on-road handling/braking. Less rotational mass for sure...
Hey neighbor! I'm in Chester County PA as well.
Give Erie Insurance a call. PM me and I'll send you my agents name and number.
I have my life, house and car insurance through them. I've actually had them ever since I started driving and have gotten quite a few friends and family to switch to...
100% this. Check with your insurance what it would cost you to insure in Georgia. I'm sure it'll be much less. Location, location, location makes a huge difference in insurance pricing.
I'm in PA and the delta of where I grew-up (still in PA) to where I live now is about 100% difference...
I would check to see if there's a local interior shop that could cover the stock dash with the materials you're looking for. Would probably be the easiest solution.
I too have my windows tinted. Never been pulled over for window tint.
IF I get stopped, all my windows are rolled down all the way and my hands are on the steering wheel where the officer can see them. The totally appreciated the gesture and take it much easier on you if they feel you're looking...
From what I've seen for actual selling prices on Bring A Trailer, the higher trim levels with Sasquatch are bringing the most money. Wildtrack, Badlands or Black Diamond all are getting around $15K - $20K above sticker.
Bronco's without SAS are anywhere from RNM to $10K over sticker.
I had a Wrangler back in the mid to late 90's and drove it for years with no doors (or side view mirrors) and never once did I get a second look from the police.
Up until this thread, I only thought side view mirrors were required by law.
This will be very interesting for sure. I live very close...
I have a set of satin bronze Volk TE37 on my GTI. It's a great color (white car) and it's easier to keep clean than I would have thought.
"Bronze" is a subjective color. When I had the Volks refinished in bronze, I had choices that ranged from the gold side to brown and everything in between.
Those are pretty cool looking. I usually don't worry about pricing too much if it's under $1K per wheel. Those do seem a bit steep though since they're not forged. Will certainly be unique. I like the style. Very similar to the Hutchinson.
My custom Litespeed racing wheels for my Porsche were...
