They do, but they populate with the replacement rails for the hoop steps. If you read the info when you click on the hoop step, it says "Removes Standard Rock Rails" and "Rail cannot support the weight of the vehicle." It doesn't explain, other than a rendering error, why the standard rails...
They are two separate packages. The Heritage Edition is available for unscheduled order holders. The Heritage Limited Edition will only have 1966 each as RedShark32s described. You should be able to convert your order to a Heritage Edition just not the Limited edition.
I wondered this too when they were originally added to the B&P since adding them to a Big Bend and a Black Diamond, nothing changed in the configuration. I expected either something to be added to the BB or something changed/removed for the BD. I don't think they had the graphical change that...
One other thing I am curious about is that they have the same cost if you put them on a 2DR or a 4DR. I wonder if that is a glitch or if the 4DR folks are getting a deal with two extra steps for the same cost.

I'm curious too. While I wait the long wait for mine to get pulled I occasionally make the rounds of the dozen or so West Michigan Ford dealers just to see what they have. The only one I've found recently that appears to actually be for sale and not a mannequin or a customer one is a 4dr OB...
