Yes almost positive that is what they did. I didn't check but saw the wires tapped together. All I know is my alarm has not gone off since, so I'm happy with what ever they did. They had to warn me the car wouldn't tell me if the hood was open....which we had a good laugh about.

Lucky or unlucky....after shearing a bit and stripping a bolt I gave up for day to come back to it. Next day my alarm kept going off due to bad hood latch sensor and I had to take it to the dealer. While it was in I asked service to break free all the bolts for me and remove the stripped ones...

I think it was dumb to call the bronco sport a bronco, but who cares. I don't care what people think I drive or don't drive, I was just annoyed by everyone asking me why I was waiting for so long for a bronco when they see them everywhere. Sending me pics of a sport and asking why I would wait...

It's similar to the sound of driving around with a window cracked. Nothing terrible you can put the radio up to only 5 to drown it out.

If you haven't had it on order for over a year you are going to have trouble getting into one. I think order banks are closed still, and "constraints" are still a joke. With a lot of searching in a wide area you can probably find one off the lot but I doubt at msrp.

Yes my dealer ordered a hood latch for me as well, no surprise it's on backorder. They were able to disable the sensor for me though so the alarm will stop going off every 20 minutes.

You can select sport and just change to 2H if 4A concerns you.

My alarm keeps going off every 15 or 20 min this afternoon. This has not happened before. Checking my fordpass it says the hood attempted to open triggering the alarm. I opened the hood and Gabe it a good slam shut and it is still happening. Any ideas my neighbors gonna hate me tonight....

I see about 2-3 2dr a week now. Two of them are the same ones I just happen to see out lol. For perspective I'm a truck driver so I spend 40+ hours a week out on the roads. It's a shame how rare they are still. I feel very lucky to have only waited 51 weeks for mine.
