the hydraulic sway bar will need to be removed in order to access the lower control arm bolts. It is an easy job of a few wiring connectors and a few nuts & bolts with impact tools. I don’t know about “less than a minute” lol, but certainly easy enough.

In my admittedly limited experience, Heim Joints / Spherical Rod Ends tend to be VERY noisy over time. (think loud "clicking and clacking" noises when turning). This may be fine on a track only race car or purpose built off road buggy, but not something most folks would be willing to put up...
