This just happened to me on the passenger side at 3,000 KM. I’ve been using the defrost over the last couple of days for the first time and noticed today it wasn’t defrosting. I looked and sure enough the wire had disconnected and was dangling. Nothing in the back and no reason other than poor...
This happened to me as well. I had the tow package installed from new and didn’t know anything different from what works or doesn’t work. Within a day or two of ownership I realized the rear hatch didn’t recognize my fob and wouldn’t unlock. I ended up reading post after post on here looking for...
Might be more worthwhile to just take out the rear seats. I’m not sure if the trade offs for the 30-40 pound weight savings are worth getting injured over.
Not sure about the Velcro cable secure idea and the exposed wires coming out of the light in your photo. This has the feelings of something that’s mass produced overseas for a penny and comes in a big shipping container across the ocean.
I picked up my 2024 Badlands Sasquatch a couple of months ago and from day one I could feel that the leather at the bottom of the wheel was loose. The stitching is intact, but where the leather meets the plastic “spoke” of the wheel it is loose enough to push the ripple of leather around. The...
What I’m saying is your’re still riding your brakes in with a manual transmission in 1st on very steep grades in 4H. This is my first automatic in 15-20 year, I know how it is. If it’s steep with a manual, you can go 4L and 1st gear with no brakes. You can essentially do the same with a manual...
If it’s really steep you’re still riding your brakes with a manual unless you’re in 4L. You can shift down and up with a automatic transmission as well.
Thank you so much for this post! I had the factory Tow package installed and had the same issue. The harness was smacking around behind the panel and the hatch door could not read the key. I told the dealer what was wrong and how to fix it by using this post. They admitted fault and had me sorted...
Downshifting is great, I do it as well - This is my first auto transmission in 15 years. Downshifting in 4H only slows you down so much. The trail cruise will maintain a way slower speed and consistent speed. I was simply commenting on an experience I had where I used a feature one time that...
The trail cruise control is really handy coming down really steep trails in the mountains with no features, but still requires slow going. Just set and forget rather than ride your brakes with your foot for 30 minutes
If you go on the 12” display in the vehicle and find the digital owners manual you will find the AUX wire color coding. I believe you just search “AUX” and it comes up.
Was that price including tax? let me know how much shipping might be. Sorry I’m out of country and for whatever reason I cannot send direct messages due to it being considered as spam, hah.
I am located in Squamish Bc V8B0S8
thank you! 👍
I’m looking for some info on an issue that happened last night while using trail control on my 2024 badlands bronco.
I was using trail control on some rough 4x4 access roads to crawl up a washed out area. I turned it off for a few moments and realized I liked having it on for that terrain. I...
