OK I hear 2 things
1 raspy exhaust
2 Turbo whistle
Ecoboost is a bypass so that is why you hear it coming out the exhaust.
The more you open the exhaust to more you will hear it.
Your video is without cats and has a down pipe this can be very loud while driving and have drone (50-70mph...
This is the best way to do your goal in my opinion.

Before going down the exhaust direction buy a tune it may give you what you want having the extra boost.
To be clear this...
This one isn't perfect but works fine see post #71 in my build if you want pics and more info.

If you keep stock size tire you will be fine base off LiteBrite testing but if plans are to upgrade tire sizes this will show you what a 1/4in and 1in spacer looks like. Just as a reference point...
Most work is $100-$135 per hr. Most those lifts say 3 to 4hr.
With any lift or other work you should be able to see how long the company says it will take and go off the above for an estimate.
Because your products are great and so I can add it to my build page.

1. No (Same)
2. Yes, 1/4 best fitment with Sasquatch stock wheels. Yes, I have pics showing with and without swaybar disconnected. Without has way more clearance.
3. You will have no rubbing with 1/4 spacer. This is a trick question with the tire I have KM3s or KO2s you would be...
I bought the cheap ones and they work great. Personally don't see how buying some for $60 more can make them any better. I do like how you are getting the digital gauge. I added a extra gauge from 0-20.
Yes 100%
What lift gives you more articulation than stock?
Without the sway-bar disconnect no way you rub with my setup ever.
My opinion is go with 1in leveling kit or 3in spacer lift by Zone if you want more hight.
Why?
it cost less
better ride then others
But you know what they say...
To run the largest tire possible with minimal lift and appropriate articulation. I'm on 37s no lift.
Largest tire and still keep low center of gravity.
