This will take multiple stages of sanding and it may need to be painted being that the color is molded into the panels. To be safe, I would take it to a body shop.
I have SAS rims and tires on my non SAS BL and they dont rub at full lock. The crash bars do have to be taken off otherwise they will rub. I will add that anything over a 35, you will need a lift to clear the Upper control arm.

Yeah you should have signed at least the DORA that's your order form and a copy should have been provided to you. Did they ask for your driver's license?
