I've got the Kuat Transfer as my rack. Thing is rock solid, no movement at all. I'll for sure get the extended hitch because of the spare.

Unless you like owning a 8/9 Speed Bronco with the occasional 10th gear I wouldn't run 35s on 3.73s. I have to be on pretty much level ground or barely accelerating on the highway to stay in OD with my 3.73s and 33in tires.

It's an accessory you purchase from a dealer. It shouldn't delay your vehicle at all.
