You might want to call again to verify something is being done. Each time that I was able to get through within 10 minutes and was just after lunchtime or later in the afternoon. It "seems" these are people hired just to be nice, I'm not feeling very confident that they are actually moving...

Have you had any further progress? I was given a case # 11/10, they told me they escalated it but it would take 10-14 days for the transfer. Followed up last week, and was told they would escalate it further to the manager. Got ahold of them again today - was again told it would be escalated...

I did my initial reservation online, so it was automatic. I know once you have a VIN you can through the dashboard....but I am betting if you have your order number, you can call Ford Marketing and they can probably tie it to your Ford log in. They are SUPER NICE and helpful. I got right...

UPDATE: Mullinax in Lake Park Update for my 2nd Reservation (8/3/2020) went to convert after attending an Off-Rodeo Event and sales manager told me 20K Adm....when he asked what I was ordering, lowered it to 5K Admin. Yet no Admin on my 8/1/2020 Reservation. Ford is transferring the 8/3/20...
