Yup, I contacted Ford chat today on my build and I was built and released from the plant 19 days ago, but still waiting to be shipped, delivery eta is this week, so that's gonna slip. 🙄, At least it's not waiting for chips etc.....

I do know that rail cars can switch between rail companies as they're shared, so that would explain different information you get from each system. I bet there is a national map you can find with a bit of searching to determine which one your shipment will be on.

Good to know, my dealer tried to say he didn't have it and it proprietary Ford information. LoL 😂, I just said. Humm, I was under the impression that it was available to you in your app. Decided to just drop it. I am on day 19 waiting to ship. Gah! I will give Ford chat a try tomorrow.

Your dealer can give it to you. The dealer can get it from the internal tracking app they have. That is if your dealer is helpful. Some won't provide it.

17 days here and still waiting on shipping. Build week 8/8 and built email 8/30. ETA is next week 9/15-9/25, but if it has not shipped no way it is making it to florida next week.

Nice, I am same blend as you and am in Florida as well. I am still showing waiting for shipping, 15 days now, but am hoping that trackers are just not updating. Still showing delivery eta of 9/19 - 9-25, so hopefully my ride is on the same train as yours.
