Correct. Due to the width of the Raptor DOT requires 5 amber from the front and red from the rear. That is why they have the 3 grill lights with 2 on mirrors and the mirror lights look red from the back. It's the flashy thingie that I can't yet check.

I wonder since they are installing Raptor headlights that those are Raptor mirrors? They are amber facing forward and red from the back. And I believe they flash with the turn signal, but don't have mine yet to confirm.

I'm sure it is. Over on the Raptor form there is a lot of part constraints spaghetti being thrown against the wall and seeing what sticks. But it's all just conjecture and frustration, trying to apply logic to an illogical situation.
