I can’t get one side to come on, may have to get a professional to look it at. Hoping it’s me and not the light assembly. Driver works, passenger no dice.
Installed today and the passenger side will not come on no matter what I do. Driver comes on. I tried wiring just the passenger to the aux c to see if that would work and no dice. Have to fuck with it more tomorrow. Has anyone had an assembly straight not work?
Nice rides! I was just wanting to get a bronco asap, happened to get a 2021. No issues this far. In the back of my mind, if there was only ~45k MY 21 made, that doesn’t seem like a lot.
Couple more questions. I get that you put the red wires from the harness together with a
one more question. I’ve read that these lights pull very little amps so it would be ok to run it to aux3 instead of aux1. You’re right that there is a 30 amp fuse in the assembly that comes with it, but...
Thanks so much for putting this on here. I think I can do this now. Just seemed odd to cut up the harness but as the oracle rep was saying that’s the only way to connect to the aux switches.
thanks for the reply. I still just don’t get it. I understand the two plugs at the bottom go into the fog lights. But if I cut where shown above, how/where do I connect those wires to? Any chance to get a few step walkthrough? Btw, the powder coating/presentation on mine looks solid.
@ORACLE Lighting what’s the best way to hook up to the existing switches? Anyway
Sorry, still a bit confused. I would cut off the switch that came with the harness and attach the red wire to the auxiliary wire I want and the black to the ground?
Looks great! I got mine today and same thing no auxiliary connection. Comes with a switch I can mount but don’t need that with the prewired switches. How did you chop up the included harness to make it work? Total newb to this but think I can do it.
Can the existing wiring that Was pre installed with the auxiliary switches be used for these? Oracle a video shows a different switch etc. Also will it be 1 switch per light? Figured they’d be on the same switch.
Just got the shipment email. I found an install video of YouTube but don’t see anything about wiring up to auxiliary switches. Does anyone have something? I’m a newb at this stuff but am going to give it a go.
2.3 BD SAS 4 door. I think you can tell a noticeable difference with premium gas. It is 25 more HP. I only do it though if going to hit some trails or something. 17.4 mpg avg. With sport mode on, pretty damn fun.
