I have the exact same story. Ordered the WT until I learned it doesn’t come with a disconnecting sta-bar so I switched to the Badlands. Now I would rather have the improved steering and beefy tie rods. Oh well.
I personally would toss it back to the dealer. It’s not your fault or your responsibility to protect others from their decisions. You want to buy it to pass on to your friend? You still take the credit inquiry hit to your credit score, which takes 1 year to drop off, you still have to pay sales...
I’m really interested in any information you can share about the soft top. Any issues keeping it clean? Running it through a car wash? Sound? Wind? Keep it, or get a hard top instead?
I swapped my soft top back to a hard top. And dropped tow package. Hopefully I didnt shoot myself in the foot, but I don’t want a soft too if I can help it.
I wonder what will make it to the Omaha Auto Show next week. Its listed on the Bronco Nation site as an official BN event. I’m hoping to see some of these builds in person.
ADM. Before I ordered a Bronco I had never heard of this acronym and had no idea what it meant. Now that I’m waiting it’s all I ever worry about.
