Yes you can, you just need to pull out the tailgate and then lift the cover/floor of the tailgate and you can access the storage area and jack. I store a few things above the storage area as well. pretty slim, but helpful along with the tailgate table/cabinet I installed as well.

The plastic curb is secured with push pins, so not too hard, the corners clip into the trim of the seat belt cover and the center pins clip into the body. The rear seats come out with a few bolts but was a PITA.

Those circles are the plugs used under carpet instead of the drain plugs on the vinyl floor. The assembly line must've left them in your truck.

Sorry you have to go through this, as a fellow Wildtrak owner in the DMV, other drivers make me nervous, especially after the wait we had to endure to get our rigs. I hope you are made whole, either through repair or replacement soon!

Yes they do, I just pulled my carpet up and installed the OEM vinyl floor and there are plugs but they are different from the drain plugs for the vinyl floor
