Is it really? I could understand it getting you floor mats.... but removing the washout floors which is a badlands feature seems like it would be a big mistake.
After all, the 'leather' seats is still mostly vinyl with some PU coated leather trim along the edges anyway. It should still hold...
can you change your order to just have the MIC top? Then go to parts department and order the soft top separately? Hopefully that would accomplish your goal.
[July 14th reservation here]
I was made to sign a separate deposit agreement, which i did a week or so ago. (It took 2 weeks alone just to get that sent to me.)
When i asked for the official order number, they told me that they only convert 'drafts' to orders once a week on Wednesdays. Of...
I think so. I think the aftermarket is going to be insane for these types of easy items to make with a 3D printer and put up for sale.
Also don't forget to pick up some color matching "Bronco Bolts" so you can make it look like your bumper has pimples too!
Itās a bottle holder... not a cup holder. Fine by me. What i cant get over is that you have to pay for leather if you want the cup holders in the back seat. Good thing Iāll never be back there :P
Thanks for posting! I really wanted to go CG since the launch video. But Iām the end, i felt like it needs to either be more green or more gray.
This in between color, although interesting, doesnāt seem quite right to me. Maybe it just needs a white top and Iāll change my mind again :P
I'm so jealous! I asked about being on a FE waitlist on day 1 back in July. I just missed out on the FE reservation window. (Of course, no luck when it came to the wait list idea)
Still, I would not worry about the resale value unless you are a collector. Just get the one you want, and...
It does. I believe you have to remove the side / back windows first if you want to get it in "position 2", but it will go all the way back:
(should cue to 3:45 of this video)
If the Sasquatch tires were closer to the look and ratio on the rendered version, it wouldn't be such a difficult decision to make. Still, I'm leaning towards Sasquatch over the 33's at the moment, but still keep changing my mind every day.
Iād go the opposite direction - if pushed to ā22, Iād wait it out, but change my paint from red to green and top from soft top to painted white hard top (if available).
FYI - I figured i would give the official chat a try and ask about this. She essentially confirmed what we all knew SHOULD be the case that they are standard on ALL Badlands models as per the order guide.
I passed the feedback on to my local dealer for his 'education'.
Just an FYI, I figured I would see what the chat support people would say about this topic, and they confirmed the same thing my local dealer told me (it would be substituted by default). But I am hoping @BlueBronco's scenario turns up as an option for us too.
Late day 1 reservation in SoCal . Local dealer said #71 of allocated 137. Very bummed i missed my first edition due to not putting the date on my calendar, but happy to hopefully get one this year.
So my local dealer just got back to me:
"...I checked the order book we use when inputting the codes to our ordering system and the rock rails is only standard on the 2-door version "
So, according to HIM, it will not come standard on the Badlands 4 door. Extremely frustrating if true!!!!
I assume they are... but it's quite fishy that they would both add it as an option AND intentionally remove that verbiage. That has my spidey senses tingling just enough to ask for some sort of confirmation from the people i'm placing my order through.
