Hard top will always be more valuable then soft top when sold in the aftermarket. (Maybe not for nice weather states though) Also, @BigBronco1 , @EvlNvrDys is from Jersey, Jersey people are sketchy so I can see why you would be concerned of bronco theft :)

soft tops are fine in the winter, just take care of the plastic windows. Keep them clean and be careful not to scratch them up.
