The OP states that he ordered and canceled a 2 door. The dealer is the one that switched his order to a 2023 Raptor. Which leads us back to Bum's question on how they got around the COVP process.
Not a chance. The change to a Raptor from your 'canceled' 2door reservation didn't automagically happen to benefit you.
You would have better luck with an email from a Nigerian prince.
Trails Offroad appeared to be the company they were going to use.
This webpage has been up since the Bronco reveal. Their UI looks the same as what Ford showed. Their item 11 on this page talks about their content being included...
Ford has learned that nobody holds them accountable. They are free to say or announce anything in the interest of marketing and then conveniently ignore it.
They feel they have no obligation to revisit past promises and provide updates or explanations. This is just one of many, many...
This is exemplary Bronco usage.
Slow down and experience the environment you are moving through. The sights and smells. Especially the smells! Working farmland. Rain coming. Early morning few just before dawn..etc. As opposed to an automobile cabin that is completely shut off...
Nobody is taking new orders right now.
Are you worried that a dealer (that you are not working with) may not communicate effectively (even though they have a proven track record of doing just this) to a prospective buyer (that you don't know) when they go to order (which you can't do right...
This is the type of thread that will be taken as gospel…like AMB making a comeback in 2023.
In reality, placing any faith in the rockstars is grossly misplaced and pure speculation.
Waiting for somebody to post a picture of their two Raptors and a note about how they decided after getting them both that they had an epiphany and decided to just drive their Ford Escape as they don't really off road.
The Heritage Edition is a Big Bend with lipstick.
No High or Lux package.
Oh and what the hell..just because we can...lets only give it to you in Race Red, Black and Grey.
Still want it? Ummm. Late availability! ie vaporware at this point.
Pretty sure you need to be a member of a dealership owner's family to be allow to drive or even think about a vehicle with the color 'robins egg blue'.
If you are not procreated from a dealership owner.....we have a nice selection of greys for you to choose from.
I refuse to believe it will end like this in ‘23.
I will wait and hope that Ford is pushing people toward the heritage non price protected option and then will come back at 23.5 with the black mod option.
I will also invest in a really good phycologist as I clearly have some issues.
When I think color for a lifestyle vehicle…this is not the color that comes to mind.
This is more like the color that would be picked if all Ford product lines had to agree on a color.
Fear not!
In their infinite wisdom, Ford decided to build 1,966 2 door and 1,966 4 door Broncos the correct way (badlands starting point, unique color, brown int, mod top) so every dealership owner\GM\influencer is not screwed over like the rest of the peasants.
"Ford bet on the dealers"...
