I installed the frame using screws directly into the floor of the Bronco. I left the seat belt assemblies both hooked up and simply wrapped them in plastic and taped them in place so they will not rattle. This will also eliminate error codes etc.

Started by removing the back seats. Fairly easy task. Re-installed any bolt that went through the floor so as to not have any holes open to water etc.

This is my fourth gen 6 and I finally got the combination right (for me). I’ve spent about 10k in aftermarket stuff already over the past year but getting ready to rip into the rear seat delete with a custom platform/drawer build. More to come.

i am gutting my 2023 4 door rear seats this winter. I will be building my own.

i simply want a capable vehicle that can carry my stuff, get me into and get me out of places I consider to be off the beaten path. rutted up forest roads, logging roads, and other types of terrain are my norm. I have no interest in trying to take on massive rocks, deep water, mud pits etc...
