Something is wrong with the payment estimator. As a $3K price difference should NOT result in a $100 extra in the monthly payment. My Wildtrak had a payment of $905 and the $11K higher Heritage Limited that replaced it is $1065. And that's with just a 0.75% drop in interest rate.
