  1. One Week In - How livable is the new Bronco?

Thanks for the continued updates/reviews! These are crazy helpful for those of us still playing the waiting game.
  2. Lightning Blue FE just arrived

Congrats - the Bronco looks fantastic!
  3. For those who have taken delivery: Front Plate Solutions?

This is what I plan to use given a front plate is required in Iowa: https://www.fishboneoffroad.com/products/pc/viewPrd.asp?idproduct=90&idcategory=0 This looks like it will work on the passenger side tow loop, and should keep the plate out of the way of any of the sensors, and avoid drilling...
  4. I caved...

No hate - Tacos are solid trucks (had lots of fun with the one I owned a few years back) - it will serve you well in what ever adventure you choose. Congrats on the new Toy!
  5. Ford Bronco as primary family vehicle?

My current daily driver is a 4 door wrangler, which we use for most of our family road trips. The wrangler normally has sufficient space, but I'm hoping the bronco will have better road manners with the IFS, but I will have to find a solution to the missing cup holders, as I know with long trips...
  6. Any early impressions of 2-door Bronco's highway performance / behavior?

A current JL owner, that has had the noted JL wander -- adjusting tire presser from the 45 set at the dealer was the easiest change, but I can also attest that the TSB and new steering box is a significant improvement. We take the Jeep on almost every road trip (that way we can do some trails...
  7. Your plans for sliders/armor?

I know that Ace Engineering (https://aceengineeringandfab.com/) and Barricade (https://www.extremeterrain.com/barricade-rock-sliders-2018-jl-4-door.html) both have options for a slider that can be used on Jeep Rubicons with the factory rock rails -- I'm hoping both produce a similar option for...
  8. Cactus Gray Bronco First Edition 4 Door - Friendly Ford Monroe, MI

I run an Alien mesh sunshade on my Jeep in the summer for when the top is off, and love it! It make a big difference in keeping the sun at bay and preventing sun burn on my chrome dome. I'll definitely be getting something similar when I eventually get my new Bronco.
  9. Will you stick around ... ?

Sticking around to see how others mod and build out their Broncos - always enjoy watching how other owner/enthusiasts make their rigs their own, and provide ideas for my own future changes (sadly staying here will have a negative impact on my wallet!)
  10. What are the Wrangler Forums saying about Bronco?

I'm a current Jeep owner and I think you will always have those loyalist that love their brand. Each product is going to have its strong points, and hopefully the new added competition in the market will encourage improvements in that market (you know like - no death wobble in a Jeep; and some...
  11. How extreme are you?

Sadly, this is the extreme terrain we have here in Iowa - so we have to drive several hours to hit any good trails, but I would expect level 5-6 (which is what I do with my current Jeep when we take off-road/road trips).
  12. Iowans - time to check in and be counted!

Checking in from Davenport. Love the midwest (but a bit sick of the snow at the moment), and jealous of those that are closer to good offroad trails. I've wheeled my current jeep on a few road trips, but I wish there were some better options nearby.
