What's the point of sending out delivery ETA e-mails before our Broncos even ship?! I would love to receive an accurate shipping date instead of these weekly auto-generated nothing burger messages. Ford's inept communication is mind blowing!
I'm in the same boat as you! Tomorrow will be Day 50 that my rig is still stuck at MAP. I sent e-mails to all those big wigs in the upper echelon at FMC, but they can't be bothered to acknowledge a peon like me.
Thank you for posting this! Has anyone sent an e-mail and received a response yet? Customer Support told me that they would submit a logistics inquiry on my behalf two weeks ago. When I called for an update, they said that I was misinformed and they can only submit an inquiry after the delivery...
It is my understanding that "Built" means that it has already been to the mod shop. I didn't receive a "Built" notification until 2 weeks after my blend date. I'm assuming it was in the mod shop during those 2 weeks after coming down the line. Another category that recently appeared is...
I ordered the slide-out tailgate too and my rig was in the mod shop for 2 weeks from the blend to built date. I suspect it got lost in the shuffle after the mods since my dealer has already received Broncos that were built an entire month after mine.
I got my loan through UBI Federal Credit Union. Their rate is now 3.74% @ 60 months which is still decent compared to other rates that I've seen posted lately. You have to live, work or worship in Hartford county to join UBI and their one-time membership fee was $25.
I just made my first auto loan payment and I don't even have my Bronco yet! I picked up a check from my credit union at the beginning of Sept. when I mistakenly believed that Ford would deliver it on time. The only silver lining is that I got a rate of 1.99% @ 60 months and my loan officer said...
44 long days awaiting shipment. I was just given a new ETA of 10/28 - 11/3. The anticipated transit time to my dealer in NY is 18 days. So my Bronco will have to be loaded onto a railcar THIS weekend in order to make it here by Nov. 3rd. 🤞
Thanks for the update @choppersean! I'm at Day 40 awaiting shipment. My salesperson said that my Bronco is actually sitting in Newark waiting for transport to the dealership. My Pizza Tracker hasn't changed to "Shipped" yet and Customer Support said that it hasn't left MAP. I'm quite sure that a...
Customer Care gave me the same info over the phone. Since I've been "pending update" since 9/29, she said that it's most likely because my Bronco finally shipped. It would be very cruel of them to be giving false hope if it turns out to be BS!
My Bronco must be parked next to yours with a flat tire... Day 38 @ Built, Awaiting Shipment and Pending Update (for 8+ days). Just checked my dealer's website and there are Broncos with 9/15 blend dates already on their lot! @Ford Motor Company is on here with tone deaf posts and no offers of...
I was given a Case # a few weeks ago and no one from Ford ever followed up, so I'm not too optimistic that the logistics team will be helpful. I tried to activate my Bronco via the FordPass Connect App which needs to be accepted on the display inside the vehicle. It was denied last week, which...
I spoke with Customer Service this morning and for the first time ever, the agent kindly offered to escalate to logistics for review. She said that this request can only be made once and that she will personally call me within the next few days with the response from logistics once their review...
My bronco has been built and "awaiting shipping" for over a month now. I just spoke with Customer Service and for the first time ever, the agent kindly offered to escalate to logistics for review. She said that this request can only be made once and that she will personally call me within the...
@choppersean, Please keep us posted when you hear back from your dealer. I've been "awaiting shipment" for 36 days and "pending update" since my third delivery window passed last Thursday. I'm morbidly curious about your zone rep's explanation for the holdup. I wonder if my rig is just sitting...
My dealer has been telling me “any day now” for the past 2 weeks. I already have my check in hand from my credit union with my 1st payment due on Oct. 15th. The only silver lining is that I was able to lock in at 1.99% for 60 months. It will be strange making a loan payment in 2 weeks, if I...
