Can’t wait to see what you come up with. Sounds complex, but probably really awesome!

    So… that’s progress?
  3. Eibach Pro-Truck 2.0 HD on stock weight 2-door 2.3L Badsquatch

I have some extra weight on my 2 door, but the hd springs are super soft. It’s very comfy.

    Always a caveat lol
  5. 74weld now on the B6G forum! Page 31

Seems odd to ask such prices for what appears to be full of problems and across multiple platforms since it’s all the same stuff… whatever happened to r&d? Race proven doesn’t mean as much as 100,000 miles on multiple rigs. So proud of engineering, but failed to remember the real world...
  6. Sierra Nevada Trails - Sept 2025 - Open Invite!

Those trails are on my bucket list. Just not sure I have my rig ready for such trips just yet.
  7. Ford, please. V8 Bronco

And I’m sure that’s the best v8 ford offers for truck use.
  8. Ford, please. V8 Bronco

This is incredibly false and misleading. Horsepower can’t be measured. Torque can. Engines make torque, not horsepower. Horsepower is torque over time. It has to be calculated.
  9. Ford, please. V8 Bronco

I had a conversation about how engines work and how power is made with my nephew last year. Eventually, he asked, “so what’s better?” The only answer that matters is the one I gave him. Depends on the application. A coyote v8 would be awful unless there’s some cams to move the power down low...
  10. Spare tire mount reinforcement kit now available from Ford Performance Parts

Mine showed up a couple weeks ago. It took forever!
  11. Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 Coilovers - My Experience / Review

I went with the HD springs on my 2 door. Makes my navigator feel like it’s riding on rocks for shocks. :ROFLMAO:
  12. Best way to remove front shocks?

Brake pad material is pretty resilient. Some brake cleaner should sort that out.
  13. Best way to remove front shocks?

I used the German spec for torque on the upper bolts; gutentight. Pretty sure you aren’t getting a torque wrench in there without a lot of hassle on the rear uppers.
  14. why I chose ORI struts

    Woah! That’s stuffed in there!
  15. Best way to remove front shocks?

I had the front struts done in 1 hour including changing the upper control arms. Jack up the lower control arm a bit to relieve some of the downtravel tension and smack the knuckle next to the upper joint with a hammer a couple times, it’ll pop right out easy peasy.
  16. why I chose ORI struts

Dang! That’s awesome! How much more cutting do you think is necessary?
  17. 5/14/2026 Update - Bronco Raptor Megazilla Godzilla 7.3L V8 Conversion

Gears would definitely help to move the mass. Should be fun!
  18. 5/14/2026 Update - Bronco Raptor Megazilla Godzilla 7.3L V8 Conversion

Sorry, I must not have said that well enough. Was it a fixed inertia dyno, or a loading dynamic inertia dyno? I can see from the thumbnail its rollers for the wheels. Most likely a dyno jet, or in other words, a fixed inertia dyno. There are several makes of dynos on the market now, most are...
  19. 5/14/2026 Update - Bronco Raptor Megazilla Godzilla 7.3L V8 Conversion

What kind of dyno was this? Wheels/tires will not impact what the engine power output is. It’ll be an extra load on the engine for sure, but will not change directly the output otherwise. The load cell in the ecu mapping will change and the parameters there will be altered, but load from tire...
