Is this a 2.7 or 2.3 engine? I recall people having issues with the fuel pump in the 2.7. Possibly something to do with a loose connection or assembly. Not an expert or informed, just curious.

I have tow on mine and was released from hold yesterday/Sunday with my built email today. I don’t think tow was the issue.

You won’t see a hold notice on the customer trackers. Only the dealer and Ford/Ford chat can see the hold.
