  7. 40’s. What’s actually needed?

I’m sure they’ll be outside my budget, but I’m not not interested
  8. 40’s. What’s actually needed?

And I’m trying to retain full suspension stroke along with it. We will see what’s what.
  9. 40’s. What’s actually needed?

For sure, but tire size equals clearance. Lift chopping bodywork allows the clearance for the tire size.
  10. 40’s. What’s actually needed?

I just want to lower it if possible to keep the center of gravity down. If it isn’t possible then that’s ok. Just dreaming over here lol
  11. 40’s. What’s actually needed?

I picked up some 40x13.50r17 last night. I have a 97 f150 with the transmission on the ground in my way before I can get the Bronco in my backyard to get started on this. I have a jks and 3/4” body lift to install too. Might as well keep cutting to make it all fit while I’m at it. Some wires to...
  12. 40’s. What’s actually needed?

Gotcha. 👍 there’s some cutting of inner fenders, moving of some items, radiator supports to remove, and I guess some rubbing on the frame at full lock. I’m guessing some body lift will alleviate some cutting, but probably not all of it. I’ll have to find that information about the ranger...
  13. 40’s. What’s actually needed?

    I thought I said that?
  14. 40’s. What’s actually needed?

Thanks! That’s really a huge help there. I’m interested to see what all needs moved, some you can find out along the way and adjust, but a giant wiring connector in the tire path needs to be done before you find out the hard way.
  15. 40’s. What’s actually needed?

Those giant plugs are usually under the hood… that’s some poorly thought out engineering. Pretty normal for automotive engineers.
  16. 40’s. What’s actually needed?

Did you adjust your revs per mile? Obviously it’ll only go to the same as a 37, but should help with shift points. Interesting the bumper and sliders had to be trimmed. Thanks for the info!
  17. Boyd Coddington 17x7 White Smoothies + MT Baja Pizza Cutters

To be fair, yours looks amazing in person too.
  18. 40’s. What’s actually needed?

Any specific areas that need trimming? Or wouldn’t need trimming with a minor body lift?
