No I dont think anyone was able to answer. I believe its the same meaning, possibly one designed for customer and one for dealer view. But ultimately either is useless until a VIN is produced.

Not everyone with outstanding orders got that email. Well, at least I didnt anyway. No email from Ford nor contact from dealer, no VIN, no Bronco. It's an exclusive club, only getting smaller. I'll make myself a "No Bronco" club badge someday.
