I rolled my Thursday too. The first two days was locked up but talked with dealer confirmed everything and got an email from Ford a few minutes later confirming my order again.
Sounds like you need an attorney to send a letter asking the dealer how they plan to make it right. You have a contract and order confirmation, this Bronco was not theirs it was yours. They better have some good documentation on trying to contact you and you not being responsive.
It could also be he owns it and doesn't necessarily want to sell it but he would... I see nothing wrong with it. He got in line just like everyone else.
I’m somewhat confused on allocations. I get it for normal inventory and those that sell more get more allocation but I wouldn’t think this is the case for orders that are backlogged 24 months. If Ford has 300 hundred individual orders from a small dealer. I find it odd Ford would not complete...
One of the YouTube videos said Q4 of 2023…. Not sure if this is right but my guess is they have plenty of customer orders to fill. And the extras built will go to dealers for inventory stock.
