Someone posted in another day thread, believe it’s your order in the assembly line (Broncos and Rangers). Once it gets up to 8999 or 9999 it starts over I think they said?
I was told I went into production at 11:10 (she was very specific). I had the link to window sticker after that, but was my sticker wasn’t available until the next morning.
Look at your window sticker, the last 4 digits above Blend are the build date and the numbers to the right of that are your rotation number. The CS rep I talked to made it sound like it was actively being built, when in reality “in production” means all parts have been identified and...
Had I checked my vin tracker at the time that I called I probably would have seen the window sticker link, but I called just because I was getting antsy for info. Window sticker was available by the next morning!
That should be SCHEDULED for production, so when you get your window sticker you’ll see your build date
Also, shipping 6-8 weeks once QC is passed!? Lots of other posts show people receiving it a week after build is complete. I live 2.5 hours away from MAP, it sure as hell better not take...
Well, there’s still hope without continually calling. The vin tracking link in the email they sent almost immediately updated and adds a link to your window sticker. My sticker wasn’t actually available til the next morning, but the link itself was still there.
I called yesterday and she had no problem giving me any info. She even told me the exact time it was entered into production (11:10am). I’d maybe try calling and talking to a different rep.
By coincidence, I called customer service yesterday. It was entered into production scheduling at 11:10 yesterday. My window sticker appeared this morning. 08/03 blend with 3993 blend number?
I had called customer service yesterday. She told me at 11:10 it had been entered into production. Wasn’t until this morning that I was able to see window sticker. 08/03 blend date and 3993 rotation number.
Someone else just mentioned the magic 8pm time. Maybe the customer service person was a bit misinformed? I specifically asked her if they began building it at 11:10 today and she said yes, but based on your comment maybe it entered “in production” at that time? A while back I was reassigned...
