Mine is still showing as built. Tracker hasn’t updated. I’m going to find out what is going on. I don’t want to pay Maryland property taxes for the car I’m trading in.

With the order tracker being unreliable, what is the best way to stay up to date? Should we talk to our dealer or the ford chat?

Depends on where it is in line to get loaded. Thinking about emailing my dealer to see what details they have.

Mine has been in production on the tracker since Monday, but the chat person said mine is built. I’m going to just assume that it’s built and soon to be shipped and the tracker won’t be updated until I pick it up.

If it shows up that soon I’ll be surprised and happy. My dealer told me 45 days is what they’d been seeing.

I heard the tracker can be hit or miss for updates. I’d give it 2 days from the date it shows you in production before hitting up the support chat.

The support chat helped more than the actual tracker.

I just put in the vin number and added it.

I can see mine on the ford pass app.

So Ford has not updated the tracker for my Bronco since Monday. I hear this is par for the course though.

Yeah I keep checking to see if mine is marked as built and it’s not.

Waiting for my order to show as built on the tracker is fun.
