    I was told mine is on hold from the plant but not by Ford they still say it has been released and ready to ship! It’s a shit show to say the least Ford gives me these eta ship dates that are completely false knowing there is a hold! I’m seriously about to just go back to a Jeep

    You can ask to speak to a supervisor? I have told them how frustrating it is but they don’t seem to care. I seem to always get this lady Porsche that has a bad attitude.
