If you already have aftermarket shocks like king/fox/radflo they can easily swap out the rod end for a different style and length. Eventually once replacement shocks are available for the RR you theoretically should be able to swap those as well.

I highly doubt it is made from 1/2" steel. It would be way too heavy and completely overkill. It looks more like 1/4" plate.

With the shape that these come in, maybe they can machine some to actually look like bandaids. Or maybe a band aid sticker made to fit.
