I like the rockslide engineering option. Cheap and easily removed/installed when you go on a trip. Get the dual mount and you can mount more stuff.

I completely agree. You have to release both side latches and slide the platform out all at the same time. It’s just easier to keep your hands on the sides and pull it all the way out. i really only touch the handle when i close the slide. And that is only because it is in the center of the...
