I figured it out... it was that Key feature. I thought it allowed you to customize each key so the car knows who is driving. Instead it is a young driver safety feature.

I spoke to Ford again. They said it is up to the dealer to honor the price, but there is nothing formal from Ford. I need to lean on the one section that talks about retail price protection. That is all there is.

I'm in the NE too and was thinking about getting the Bronco car cover so I can leave the roof down or windows out and have something to cover the car in case it rains.

How can they force you to finance some of the cost if you can pay for it outright?

Window sticker said 4/1/22 blend date and today I got the email that the Bronco is built. Expected delivery date to the dealer is between April 25 and May 1 via rail.

I'm not sure about tape but I was thinking about using spray bed-liner at the seam. This way it is protected all around and makes the color of the car go away. Especially with the side step.
