Zone makes a 2.25 lift specific to the hoss 3.0, combo of spacer and puck. Gets you room for 37s too.

If you're looking for a comparable combo, I suggest the Ez4x4 trunk and slide out...I have this and it is fantastic. Can run the slide out in multiple levels, just have to take it out to pop the trunk up or down.
