@SassyBronco2021 you can email her and have pdf sent of your preview order . It will have a priority code on it , you will want to make sure its not a 99 .The order is submitted but is on hold , I have a Priority code 11 some have a 19 etc . I would check as scheduling should start on Mar 19/21.

I did not receive an email from fords and they changed it to an 11 . Everywhere on here a code 99 is a place holder .

I am not sure but wish the process was better explained . Maybe if the sales dept. was better informed . I had to tell them to fix the priority code

I am in the same boat as I am in Ontario I placed my order on 01/21 and still no confirmation talked to the salesman and he said the system has not caught up yet . I will follow 4up on monday if I haven't recieved a confirmation
