Given all of the issues, cutting into the MIC top (which is what they do) is high risk & above average reward.

I had the same issue from Day 1. Took it into the dealership and they replaced the entire touchscreen unit. So far, zero problems.

It goes to Union Pacific in Mesquite. I called and used my railcar #…status was ‘empty’. No time stamp or ramp info. Not sure what that means in the grand scheme of things (other than it’s off the railcar?)
