Mine shared a similar fate as @RBF 1401 ‘s radio for quite a while 😅 The Mountains to Metal antenna bracket sale several months ago helped me move on the installation, with Midland mxt575 stuffed under the steering column.
I really appreciate everyone’s participation in this one, makes me want to go see the other locations!
@j_marinelli handing off the next challenge to you! The water crossing inspired me as it was not part of my Nevada experience in July 😅 plus bonus artistic bench!
Sharing a Nevada picture...
Thank you Jess! Agree the AI posts are great; I hope the funny results are still happening when AI gets “smarter”
Next challenge - let’s see your favorite scenery / artistic pictures taken while attending the off-roadeo. Bronco in the pic is optional
So glad for the good folks on this thread and the opportunity to easily prolong the life of the Bronco. Pulled the fill plug and it was doing its thing, covered in metallic sludge. 9,500 miles new. At first drain the oil looked reasonably ok but by the end it was terrible. Didn’t measure but...

Been getting the same warning every few days this month. Looked under the hood to check battery connections and found this. Guessing critters created a short somewhere.

Above link is a good one. After tons of tinkering I concluded that for me, no speaker upgrade will do much with the anemic stock head unit, making the speaker replacement my most regretted mod. An aftermarket...
