yeah… I have warranty left too. The combo of things I’ve done caused the temp sensor on the cai to cause cel’s because the ecm was expecting different things than what was happening physically. The high flow cats we the straw that broke the camels back.
For the price you’ll pay for a warranty...
ZFG 93 octane tune - helped with the rasp the high flow exhaust. No CEL. Runs like a scalded cat
ZFG auto-octane - got this as a backup for when I go on road trips and cannot guarantee 93 the whole trip. Still runs like a champ. Just not as much boost WOT from what I saw.
Running 93 tune for...
I read mine off just the app and the rtd4. It ended up failing and I did a 5minute idle and sent the request in. You probably need some file to use a laptop directly.
Apologies if I completely misread what you said.
Most welcome and you are correct, this is their turn down. More expensive for the dual tip exit, but I do not think they sound as good as dumped. To each their own.
Corsa direct. Their resonator fits their kits exactly.

Funny you should ask about codes....
Short answer: Yes, intake temp.
Long Answer: I got the CEL AFTER doing the laundry list below, but the last straw was the high flow CVFab cats**. Till then, nada. Went with a ZFG tune and it cleared it up. No issues so far.

100% fits inside the factory space and no need to remove the shutters.
The CVFab stuff is all pretty sweet, but their customer service stops after you are outside the initial return window. Gotten a ton of compliments on their downpipes and hot/cold pipes. Top quality for a fraction of the cost.
K&N charge pipe into throttle body
-Factory cold side to this pipe from intercooler
COBB intercooler
CVFAB Hot-side/Cold-Side Pipes
K&N CAI.
Went with the K&N setup and initially and then added the cvfab stuff later. The K&N coldside pipe is a little bigger, and the small elbow from the...
I have CVfab. I would also recommend a small resonator after unless you want the high rasp at around 3500rpm. I would also push you to consider a tune if you have much else done to it.
So I know you’re talking about a Toyota, but figured I’d say it for forum searches….
When I started doing more performance mods, I got a terrible v6 rasp at exactly 3500rpm. The dumped corsa exhaust has enough to space to use their small resonator in-line with little modification. Ive had...

Corsa cold start
Multiple options to get this cheaper through a good google search.
No complaints with Mickey Thompson Baja Legend MTZs. There’s some minimal road noise, but handles great on just about everything I’ve thrown at it. Untested on snow yet.
From what I have read randomly in threads on bronco6g, they can see how many times you write to the ECM. They have to know to look for this, and not being a Ford Tech., I cannot say whether they default look for that or not. I imagine it is in a checklist somewhere when they go through warranty...
*Will update/edit once I get numbers*
21.2 psi @4k rpm on the auto-octane tune.
Will grab numbers once I flash back to the 93-octane tune. Decided to grab a second tune when I cross-country to big bend and remote gas station woes.
I have had good luck with the Meguiar's stuff or the similar turtle wax stuff from AutoZone or O'Reilly's (like Autoparts store). Problem is you then get into the habit of requiring the touch-ups. If you ever put on professional wax, you will run into similar problems trying to get the...
So I recently went this route (Thanks @MWILD for the other posts/discussion). SUPER easy and Adam @ ZFG was straight forward with questions. Just be patient - they probably get a ton of repeat questions.
1. Price point is the same if not a little better than some of the other OTS tuners, but...
