I would take it to your dealer- get their opinion and have their preferred body shop evaluate the situation. A lot also depends on who you're insured by.
Still a Jeep, just faster. I can't get myself to consider spending that kind of money on something that will continue to handle poorly at high speeds. Their interiors are awful and design, well... it's a Jeep! 😐

Your dealer doesn't seem to know diddily about Ford and their system(s) either.... everybody has until April 8 to make changes. You should give Ford a call and inquire with them.
