Not sure why people are changing their bad reviews to good ones. This dealer still tried to take advantage of a customer and only made it right when it started to cost them something. As far as I’m concerned, this is a permanent mark on their reputation.

This is true. Downtime is typically used to service existing equipment as well. Hopefully this doesn’t cause them to put off any needed maintenance that could cause issues later on.

Although, I think one would need to be careful around sharp curves or steep inclines...a Bronco named Rick Astley is likely to roll... I’ll see myself out. Also, I think Ben Rector’s cover of “Never Gonna Give You Up” is very good if you haven’t heard it.
