  7. Production update: As shutdown weeks loom, MAP hits its stride. Early 2 door reservation holders should hear something soon

    Hopefully I'll hear something positive tomorrow. I can't switch to the softtop with prep kit yet because it is not in the system yet at the dealer. Maybe I'll get lucky and get my hardtop. 2.3 Big bend Mt with no other restrained commodities!

    I'm sure we won't know totally for sure until people break their engines in. 1000 miles is recommended.

    Idaho-bronco where are you from? I'm in Boise ordering from Kendall Ford.

    My dealer said the same! They are going to switch me to softtop as soon as it is available with the hardtop kit. With the $fordpass credits and adding more with oil changes and such, I figured that would save up a good amount to get the hardtop when available.

    Well I I'm happy that I switched to the soft top. Who knows when I would actually get my Bronco! With the hard top kit I am content waiting for a hard top that will be hopefully free of issues. Besides, I was considering having both tops anyway.

    I'm pretty sure it is pre-installed because the controls will be installed in the cabin.

    I just switched to a soft top! I have a BIG BEND 2.3 7 SPD, STD PACKAGE no SAS, no tow. hopefully this will bump me! I will save the fordpass credits towards the hard top.
