It would be appreciated if you could break the laws of physics and allow the soft top to be opened while the rack is on, that would be awesome. Will this thing accept any of the industry standard kayak or bike carriers? Thule, Yakima, etc……

It is offensive because I only take mine to Starbucks and read books in the parking lot while leaning against it. Then I tell everyone that walks past how long it took to get and how there might be a TSB on the transmission and then I take a long pull off a rippin cold latte.

Shifting a manual transmission, even after a stall, does not create a path for water intrusion. Unless I’ve been lucky my whole life, which I haven’t been. Sealed is sealed, auto or manual.

Cars and transmissions are all different. There’s a wealth of knowledge for ya.

Just build the best, offer us the options we want and there are plenty of us that will pay. Quality is not cheap and thankfully there are enough of us left who realize that. I’ll take one in wood, one in leather.

Don’t be pissed about losing the hardtop, I was also when I made the change. Just like I was pissed when I went from 2 to 4 doors. But I’m not after owning it. The soft beats the MIC, IMO.
