  1. NJ/NY/Delaware/Eastern Pa./MD/Ct Volume Buyers?

I haven't seen one on the road yet. I test drove one and saw two at a dealer (at different times), but that's it. If you take 10,000 vehicles (assuming that many have even been shipped, but maybe not) divided by 50 states, it's 200 per state. We have 67 counties, so using this poorly constructed...
  2. NJ/NY/Delaware/Eastern Pa./MD/Ct Volume Buyers?

I was thinking of this, but realistically, given our winters, I don't want to be dealing with a soft top for 2-3 years until something else is available, or Ford is making enough of them to meet production demand / catchup / warranty (maybe?) AND off-the-shelf units for everyone that switched to...
  3. Soft top rubbing and wearing paint on Bronco roll bar [updated with TSB Fix]

This is good too. I've used this before, but depending, the adhesive might not be as tacky as you might want. I had a roll that had pretty low tack.
  4. NJ/NY/Delaware/Eastern Pa./MD/Ct Volume Buyers?

Will this one be 500? I test drove the 2D Black Diamond MIC this past week. Now I'm even more excited than ever since driving this thing!
  5. Bronco Production Update From MAP - July 19th 🏭

Good points. The aircraft's effective life will be decades however. Yes the costs are not comparable, but from a standpoint of a vehicle, I wasn't implying that they were the same, but merely that this concept is used in other applications and one shouldn't jump to conclusions about this...
  6. Bronco Production Update From MAP - July 19th 🏭

EXACTLY!! (probably should've said it that way to reiterate)
  7. Bronco Production Update From MAP - July 19th 🏭

Right, need to be careful about the material of the honeycomb and its properties. There are a variety of materials used for that. A lot of those sheets are made by making a stack of the sheets which include stripes of glue (kind of like lined notebook paper) . After stacking it's put on a high...
  8. Broken front axle at CV joint on my Bronco Badlands 4-Door 2.7L

Hah, I read two pages and skipped to page 9 too... Agree with your assessment...
  9. Seat Position and Visibility Disappointment

That pump-style height seat adjustment works fine. I'm 5' 9" and could adjust it to a good position.
  10. BroncoPA65

    Pittsburgh/Tri-State Bronco Club

No, me either. Still scheduled for production the week of 8/2 though, but I've got a 4D with MIC Top (ugh)... We'll see if that holds true over the next couple weeks...
  11. So who's overloading their roof rails...?

Don't push your luck too much more than this question... FYI, I do know he's a hockey player though! 🏒
  12. So who's overloading their roof rails...?

Don't worry... You exist! Your country borders my state (Pennsylvania)! Of course Lake Erie is in between and the border is only 42 miles (or 68 km in your units)... But we are proud to be one of 12 states to be your direct neighbor. We even have Tim Hortons! 😁
  13. Epic Road Trips

I agree, good way to keep your mind off the wait. Once you get it, you'll be ready to take another great trip! Thought you'd be interested in this trip made in an early 60's era Ford Fairlane in 1966 from Philadelphia to Alaska by my grandparents... It was all gravel at that time. My father...
  14. Frameless door window drop / index

You're exactly right... I have a VW with frameless windows. On that, just pull the handle a little to activate the window sequence before opening the door. It only takes milliseconds of a pause (you get used to it). Other people opening the passenger door don't do it sometimes, but in that case...
  15. Tuesday is rez nite anniversary; how will you celebrate?

I'm going to pretend that the reveal actually happened on 7/13/21, I just reserved, and got notification for production build week of 8/2, and suddenly in that moment, I will have been waiting only 3 weeks! :sneaky:
  16. Who’s a 7/26 build date?

On 6/25 my order was rescheduled (email from Ford) from 7/26 to 8/2. That's the last I heard so far. Badlands 4D 2.3L MT LUX MIC Tow Roof Rack
  17. 12V in cargo area - always on?

FYI, here is the page from the Owner's Manual related to the power outlets. Also, I didn't see anything about a manual switch or fuse position that changes the power outlet operational state.
  18. CACTUS GRAY Bronco Club

Since you're on the verge of delivery, I'm interested in how long it will take to get to the dealer from the production day. I've seen others in our region get theirs in about 1 week. Mine is scheduled for the week of 8/2 and I'm working on a "guesstimate" for mine. It might be like predicting...
  19. CACTUS GRAY Bronco Club

    Thanks for the details!
  20. CACTUS GRAY Bronco Club

Thanks for posting... I was wondering how people were getting to the window sticker link (and knowing when it is available).
