I went with MyMedic and used my HSA. The one I got comes with straps on the back to attach to molle panels and then the medkit affixes to that piece with Velcro, so when you need it you have the choice to unzip it right there or rip it off the Velcro and take it outside the vehicle

This happened to me. It was because the middle of the seal had come loose and was hanging down just slightly. I glued it back up and water stopped getting in and collecting in that box
