Nah, we've been good. The situation just changed on their end, or they looked at it and said "nope."
Hence the "maybe."
It's simply a carrot to dangle.
One Tweet about XPlan by Mike is "heavily implied?"
And an implication is just that. Not a statement, not a promise.
Obviously you aren't a parent, we've all said "I don't know MAYBE if you're good."
A co-worker once told me, after I had given another co-worker the businesses, "Doug, you have a unique ability to be completely blunt with people, yet not come off as a total asshole."
I told him "a lot of people would disagree with you on the last part."
But I definitely speak my mind and...
Has any manufacturer EVER done anything to combat ADM?
I didn't think so.
This whole process has been full of us ASSUMING we know things, and Ford setting the record straight. This is just one example.
Notice I said WE.
I'm not immune to it either.
So, if you enjoy the process, you got your wish.
Like it or not, your idea of fair, and Ford's are obviously different.
A company isn't legally bound to offer what you think is a fair deal. Don't like it, don't buy it.
Christ, you people are acting as though Ford shot your dog.
They...
Don't mistake my lack of crying for not caring.
I get it. It sucks. Deal with it, or don't.
If $1500 is that big of a deal maybe people shouldn't be spending tens thousands on a new vehicle.
I have seen no official documentation from Ford saying it will be offered. In fact every dealership I talked to about XPlan said "IF Ford offers it on the Bronco, yes"
Wanting X-Plan, and saying you "deserve' it because you put in a reservation and waited are two entirely different things.
I WANTED Xplan, but it's not being offered. Nothing I can do about it. Nothing anybody can do, just accept it and move on.
"I deserve a new Playstation, I cleaned my...
No, that people think they are entitled to a perk that Ford decided. Not to offer.
The market decides a "fair deal."
Ford has gambled that the market will support no X plan pricing. Time will tell if they're right.
Nobody is going to give any non refundable money before seeing their Bronco.
