This is the exact setup I went with.
1st Pair: SS3 Pro, Yellow Driving (+$120)
2nd Pair: SSC2 Pro, Yellow SAE Fog (+$100)
3rd Pair: SSC2 Pro, White SAE Fog (+$100)
The fog lights can be used driving into oncoming...
I sold my Goodyears for $1000 with 40 miles. They're crap tires, and I was glad to get that. The Sasquatch wheels on the other hand I kept and put real tires and Ford Performance beadlocks on them. Are the beauty rings worth anything? I'd make someone a good deal on 5 perfect beauty rings and bolts.
So the wiring harness is worth the price of admission.
Use Dielectric grease at all plugs.
Use plugs instead of clamped fittings when hooking into upfitter wires. Then you can change switches easy later if you want. Dielectric grease those as well.
Yellow cuts raln, fog and snow way better than...
Love'm. My dogs lock my doors all the time, and I can punch back in. I can also leave the rig running with the AC on and the doors locked. What's the disadvantage?
I still have one side by side, and 2 quads, but I sold the one I was most likely to kill myself in. Mostly because it was the most desirable and valuable in the used market. I guess my point is that for a little more than the price of a new side by side, you can buy a Bronco. I think the Bronco...
Those are real beadlock rings from Ford Performance. Not DOT approved for highway, but they should be. I would argue with this big of a tire they are more safe than a regular tire. I doubt I'll ever get called on it.
So I sold one of my 2 side by sides for $15,000, to put toward my $51,000 BD SAS. I looked out of curiosity to see what new side by sides were going for. $30,000 to replace mine new. https://www.atvtrader.com/listing/2022-Can-Am-Defender+Limited+HD10+Mossy+Oak+Break-Up+Country+Camo-5019233624 ...
I bought for my wife, a fully loaded 2021 F150 Lariate Sport FX4 with a 5 litre Coyote motor for about $3,500 under MSRP about 11 months ago. I got in under the line on that truck too. I won't need to buy another vehicle for a long time.
Well it wasn't a salesman that was trying to buy it from me. It was a private individual that didn't want to wait for his own Bronco. I'm sure he'll find one, there seems to be plenty of people turning loose of their Broncos at a profit. I don't know anything about leasing a vehicle, but I do...
He also said letting 2 dogs climb all over the inside of a brand new vehicle was making it "worth less".
I told him if my dogs couldn't be comfortable in it, It would truly be "worthless".
So a thought..... I just got my Bronco. A 4 door Black Diamond Sasquatch mid package tow package. $51,180 MSRP. I was immediately offered $10,000 over for it. I of course said "no thanks". The gentleman went on to say that if I refused to sell it for $10,000 over, I was in fact giving up...
I put on tires today, along with real beadlock rings. I put on Falken Wildpeak M/T in R 35"X 12.5, 10 ply,(E). The stock OEM Goodyears are supposed to be the same size, but these are almost an inch taller. They are also wider, which might be in part to using the beadlocks, which mount the tire...
