  1. Trektop owners, what did you do with your factory soft top?

I also want to know if the trek top is quieter? I did test drive a hard top and soft top back to back at the dealership and there was not a huge difference between the sound levels on the interstate. Hoping the trek top brings the volume down a little more.
  2. Carmax offer for 2.7, 4 door, soft top, basesquatch

So you don’t think a Bronco will hold its value as well as a Wrangler? In 2019 before all this crazy pricing started, a 2017 Wrangler Rubicon that was say $45k when new, was worth a lot more than $22500.00. Hell even some TJ Rubicons were going for close to $20k in 2019. A 2017 Rubicon was...
  3. Carmax offer for 2.7, 4 door, soft top, basesquatch

I’m not sure about 50%. I bought a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 10th anniversary model in 2013 and it’s worth 50% after all this time. If the Bronco follows the Jeep resale model it will be more like 60-70% after the 3 years. Still a bad investment but these kind of toys tend to hold their value a...
  4. 2023 Bronco Wish List...

I would reorder and trade mine in for two distinct options. 1) ventilated seats. 2) Raptor at MSRP Even better if they could combine those two options.
  5. Finished - White Vinyl Wrap MIC Hard Top (w/ New Closeup Pics)

I kinda like the mudflats. Adds to the retro charm IMO. Now on my much more modern looking badlands four door, they might not look so great. Still going to buy some though because I hate rock chips. Even after the first few hundred miles I have two pretty good one on the bottom of the doors.
  6. Absolutely nothing wrong

That is all true. I would have paid the money just for the adjustable head rest. The base model head rest pushed my head forward in a way that was just not comfortable. I know this is body shape dependent because my wife literally can’t tell the difference. I’m a pretty normal size though 5’10...
  7. Carmax offer for 2.7, 4 door, soft top, basesquatch

Yep, market is crazy. Friend of a friend just sold a 2021 low options four door badlands to car max for $65k. I think it did have the mid package and automatic. Idk what MSRP was on that one but could not be much over $50k back in 2021. Was a really low mileage example. I think somewhere...
  8. 🌧️ 4 door soft top Safari performance in rain?

I have done this with a wrangler. You are fine as long as you are moving. If you get stuck at a traffic light or you leave it in the parking lot, you will be soaked through and through.
  9. Absolutely nothing wrong

The leather package gives you: -leather -carpet -power seats -angle adjustment for front headrest -fold down rear armrest for rear passengers on four door -cup holder for rear passengers in said armrest
  10. What's your unpopular Bronco opinion?

Well, the take rate on the 2 door is pretty low. By far most people want a four door. So maybe that’s why it is unpopular. Something like 75-80% want a four door. It’s just the few two door owners seem to be salty about their door count and post a lot about it being somehow “better” or more...
  11. Ford Accessories… Soft Top Material

If the wrangler is any indication the twill is much nicer, heavier dark cloth type of set up. Jeep calls their twill “sail cloth” and it’s the same as the Bronco soft top. The other is a rubbery/plastic material and much thinner overall. It will also tend to be a lighter color and tends to...
  12. My 2900 Mile Bronco Journey

I can agree with what you are saying on most accounts. I am getting a solid 18-19mpg so far on mine (4 door, badlands, 2.7 Sasquatch). So a little better than you are seeing. I will add that yours looks awesome in white.
  13. Absolutely nothing wrong

Only 500 miles on mine so far it’s been just what I had hoped.
  14. RACE RED Bronco Club

I have 500 miles on mine. Picked it up April 13th. Race red Badlands with leather, Lux, Sasquatch, 2.7, Modular bumper, tow, key pad and floor liners. Basically every option other than the hard top. Got to the dealer to see it coming off the truck. Was an overall good dealership experience...
  15. My 1 month summary of the likes and dislikes for my Bronco Badlands

I agree with all of this. I will say The noise level inside was a surprise for me. It is pretty loud. That is coming from a 5 time Jeep owner that still owns a duel top rubicon. The Bronco is louder than the Jeep by a margin. The soft top is also not quite as good as the Jeeps. Not that it’s a...
  16. To Squatch or Not To Squatch on Badlands

I’ll disagree here and say for the $4000.00 you would be hard pressed to get: -5 Bead lock capable wheels ~$1000 -5 35” tires mounted and balanced ~$1500 -wider finder flares ~$500 -lower gearing in auto ~$1000 -small lift to fit said larger tires ~$500 Now I know you could sell some of your...
  17. What's your unpopular Bronco opinion?

I apologize for trying to help. By all means carry on the babysitting of other adults. You are right. Plenty of grown men and women need you to tell them how dangerous it is to drive with the removable doors.
  18. What's your unpopular Bronco opinion?

You need to stop. Plenty of us bought the Bronco because the doors come off. There are plenty of other options if you don’t like the safety of the Bronco. The removable top and doors define the Wrangler and Bronco segment. People buy them because of this.
  19. What’s the wait after build date?

Mine was a little over 4 months from my first build date. This is from memory so might be off a day or two but you get the idea. -Middle December build date -Pushed a bunch of times (maybe 4ish) until 1/28 stuck -2/2 built -2/6 shipped -arrived at rail yard 8 miles from the dealer 2/19...
  20. For those that have their Broncos, what's your biggest complaint?

I’ll trade this one in as soon (if ever) as they add the cooled seat option.
