As far as I could understand it still requires to long press on the remote for them to close. At least when configured with forscan, I still have hopes for frds to have some trick in that area..
Just to be certain can you post the link to the exact device you bought? The one I linked says in the...
Thanks.
Out of curiousity, and not entirely related to this topic..but I saw a local reseller enabling auto-close for all windows on car lock, without the need to long-press the keyfob lock key.
Do you happen to see such capability with FDRS? I wonder if that is the tool he uses to do that.
I...
So this one is sufficient for using FDRS on our Bronco?

Any limitations compared to the 500$ one?
Thank you, I value that opinion alot and strongly considering not to wait and just get the bestop trektop today.
One last question - how does it feel going highway speed with roof open?
I dont see myself removing the windows very often, just looking to open the top really (mytop could be nice...
Do any of these mods relevant for the trektop softtop?
Im inclined to buy the trektop by bestop and wonder if anyone experienced similar issues and whether similar tricks to the one mentioned here helped
I want it as a precaution.
Happened once that a friend got her key in the jeep closed and locked due to wind shutting the door off, then had to break the window to get the car. that happend mid desert.
So I really like the idea of having that keypad hidden, like in the fuel tank door. Thats a...
Ha!
Totally missed that.
Nice!
So I guess my only decision needs to be made is bestop or the electric (3times the price) mytop roof.
I hope we'll see comparison of the two along the road once mytop releases their product.
Thanks!
I had my suspicions because it looks the same. I feel like I gotta go to the dealer shop again and search for the bestop logo on the one car they have on show with the soft top.
Its funy that its not even rebranded somehow, and comes with exact instructions box and everything like the...
I see all posts talking about the bestop soft tops, but no one mentioning this one by ford: https://accessories.ford.com/products/bronco-4dr-2021-trektop-soft-twill-retractable-top?nosto=productcategory-nosto-2
It has the slant back like bestop and looks really good, any reason why no one...
Does it integrate with the built in aux switches?
Did you get to ride with it in higher speeds and if so could you compare it with bestop in general
and howdoes the zipper mechanism works? Do you have access to it only from inside? Can anyone open it?
Im really considering one of the new soft tops for my 4dr bronco.
I want the open air feel without the headache of storage of the panels.
My wife wants the sport back design of trektop.
Currently Im more inclined towards the bestop skyrider because I can still have good access to the cargo area...
It seems like most options I see takes alot of straps and hooks and whistles to install.
Is there anything that you can install some predefined hardware that allows to easily remove it and install later on?
I would like for example to drive without it for the most of the day, unless its really...
I love this option but I really want a full soft top like mytop electric soft top that folds all the way down.
the skyrider option is amazing if multiple opinions were aligned but it seems going 65mph would be reasonably the same as with the hardtop
